We are 8th grade students in the Roberto Clemente Middle School Humanities and Communications Program. Over the past few months, we have been researching topics related to New York City, and recently took a week-long trip there. The topic of our research is Jazz in New York City. To learn more about this topic, we filmed a documentary about trumpeter Alex Nguyen and The Jazz Conceptions Orchestra. Our hard work and dedication paid off, and transformed into this finished project, which is posted here for your enjoyment.
